Within 30 days of your first Pro or Team payment, email ernest2011kostevich@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed manually in USDT to the wallet that sent the original payment (from_address on file). Allow 3–5 business days. No automated reversal — direct on-chain payments have no payment processor to reverse charges.

After 30 days

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day window, but you can let your plan expire. Your waitlists keep working through the end of the current 30-day period.

How to request

Email ernest2011kostevich@gmail.com with subject "refund", your account email, and payment tx hash if available. We reply with the refund tx hash once sent.
